In psychological thriller Crawlspace, Jackie Sinclair is a former L.A. news anchor trapped in a lonely marriage who falls in love with a beguiling stranger on the internet. The virtual relationship soon turns dark – and Jackie begins to fear that her online lover is really her troubled husband, and that he’s going to kill her. In the film’s dizzying climax, Jackie must save herself and her family, or die in the shadows beneath her Malibu dream home. The original screenplay for Crawlspace comes from Christopher & Kathleen Riley, writers of the award-winning German thriller After the Truth, a film Variety called “gripping and surprisingly moving” and Germany’s BamS called “a spine-tingling masterpiece.”
Yellow Line Studio is currently developing “Damaged”, a dramatic thriller, with Writer/Director Robert Kirbyson. Project follows Jake Brody, a kidnapper who gets a second chance at life when amnesia erases any memory of his tragic past. Now desperate to help save the missing kidnap victim, Jake must retrace the events leading up to the crime, triggering memories that threaten to return him to a life of vengeance.
Kirbyson is an award-winning writer, director and cinematographer who recently completed the family feature “Snowmen” for MPower Pictures, and quirky workplace web series “CTRL” for NBC Universal.
